Very good food! Great price! Great hosts!

The food was not fresh and the place was so muggy and hot. It was really difficult to enjoy our food. I understand that business is probably pretty slow right now, but this just made us not want to return for a long time.

The food and service was very good except the food could of been hotter!

The food is very hit and miss. More often than not it is luke warm and dried out. Poor selection and the service has never been prompt. Overall it leaves me disappointed everytime....no more. I will take my business elaewhere.

Not bad , but wish the server would wait until done with the appetizer or soup was done before bringing the main entree...and should ask before refilling drinks and grabbing plates

I just had the "sunday buffet". If this dried out, 5 pcs of sushi left, absolutely room temp buffet was the "Sunday Buffet" I shudder to think what it is like the rest of the week. The waitstaff was pleasant, but this isn't enough to make me come back

Adult buffet is $10 a person before the drink. The selection is usually pretty limited especially as far as cooked veggies go. The veggies they did have weren't even warm. And crunchy like they hadn't been cooked. Usually this is my go to place since it's the only Chinese buffet in El Dorado. This time I left feeling disrespected by the manager. We took one bite of a few different things on our plate before letting them know we hadn't been impressed with any of it and were leaving. The manager wanted to treat us like scammers even though we had only taken three bites before deciding it just wasn't worth the money. The service and the food have both gone down, but the price remains the same. $27 something for two cold, crunchy, adult buffets and one chalky water Pepsi. All I can say is I'd pretty much choose anywhere else to take my family at this point.

GAB is a pretty good buffet, nice place to eat, lots of different choices! You do have to be careful about the TIME that you go in! It appears (by the condition of the food on the buffet, especially later in the evening) that they tend to leave stuff out a little longer than they probably should! They DEFINITELY need a new recipe for their HOT AND SOUR SOUP (or put fresh soup out more frequently!) The last few times I have been in there, the H & S soup was not very good at all.

Food was ok. Server was very nice! Young lady with fuchsia colored hair. Super sweet.

The food is great I just wish they had a wider selection. The staff were really nice always checking that our experience was great. The pop is crisp and so good here.

Delicious, but need to get more food out quicker

We eat there often. We love it. The food is great and the people warm and friendly. The service is great and they have a hibachi for special occasions.I recommend you eat there.Bud Schwindt

Love this place!!! The mushrooms are my favorite thing! The eggdrop soup was the best today!! <3 I just discovered their coconut shrimp!!It is different than I've ever had before. Instead of fried with coconut, it is sauted in a coconut sauce. Much sweeter.

Best soups, sushi, and selection in this area. I have been eating here for years and have never been disappointed.

Was ok for a quick lunch, reasonably priced. Wait staff was attentive. Place needs desperately updated. Stick with the bottled soda fountain come flat, tried three kinds none were fizzy.

5 Stars. The employees are great, the food is delicious, and usually nobody bothers us.

Wow great experience you never know with a buffet but we loved everything! And was constantly fresh! For 4 of us at lunch time it was 37$

As we were leaving we saw a mouse run across the floor of the entry way. We waited 20 minutes just to get water.

Very bad, inexperienced staff. When I was there, a young male waiter had a loud argument over cleaning tables with a man, who I assume is the manager or owner, and our waitress, a young female, openly talked about how “wasteful” our table was to her coworker. Both servers were so bad, inexperienced, that the manager/owner was following up on tables. Food is good and have been coming here since I was a young kid, so that’s the only reason I still gave 3 stars.

Most of food was dried out or burnt in the pans. When fresh rice was brought out the dried hard rice was stirred up with the fresh..not good... very limited on foods offered. We do t plan to return anytime soon as the quality and quantity was Very Poor!

Have tried giving this place benefit of the doubt but no matter what time it is the food is always dry and cold, and the new owner is rude to the customers. Don’t recommend this to anyone🤷‍♀️

The food was pretty good. However it needed to be hotter. I guess the buffet temp is not kept hot enough. Also the temperature in the restaurant was not cool. It was 98 outside and you expect to go in and have a cool sit down dinner and not sweat inside. Lastly the server did not come back and check our drinks for refills untill we were finished and she brought the check.

If I could leave zero stars I would, waitress took our drink order and after 10 minutes we had gotten our food and still had no drinks, I had to get up and walk around to find someone to get our drinks...the waitress was at a table on her phone and then said "oh yeah, what were you wanting?" And then they waited to ticket us until 2 minutes after lunch hours were over (we were there 30 minutes before dinner hours started) so I had to pay dinner prices. Food was cold, hard and some not even able to eat. They won't get a dime from my family ever again.

The food was so old it was dried out.

I regularly make trips from out of town to eat here. The dining room is spacious and relaxing. Food is kept out in small quantities and refilled often to keep it fresh. Allergic to MSG? They don't use it. I have been to buffets in other area towns, and none were as good as this. El Dorado is lucky to have it.

I have been going to this location for years and have always found the food to be delicious and reasonably priced. On occasion if one goes in there between lunch and dinner you will find the trays to be cold so timing is critical for the perfect meal!

My family love to eat here and the food is very good and friendly service, definitely try it out!

My sister introduced me to Golden Asian Buffet after moving to KS from DFW. For a small town buffet, they give the ones in DFW something to learn. The hosts/owners greet you when you come in, make you feel welcome. I have noticed issues with some of the waitstaff. One or two, very attentive; the others talking to each other. The food is very good, and that coconut shrimp? Wow!
